On the third Thursday of every other month at 7:30 pm EST, join our online group to discuss and explore supportive resources, including those inspired by Mindfulness, Yoga, and iRest® Meditation, that support our goals, challenges, successes, and experiences with Alopecia.
This group is open to everyone across Canada looking to cultivate self-care on their alopecia journey.
About your hosts:
Jen Baradi co-facilitates the CANAAF GTA / SW Ontario Coffee & Conversation and first experienced Alopecia at 13, over 35 years ago. She is an elementary school teacher with the Toronto District School Board (TDSB), a Certified iRest® Meditation Teacher, and a Yoga teacher (RYT-400).
Pat Runzer co-facilitates the CANAAF GTA / SW Ontario Coffee & Conversation and developed Alopecia in August 2020. She has taught various types of fitness and currently teaches Chair Fit to Seniors. Pat has achieved Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) for public speaking and leadership.

Every year, CANAAF holds a National Awareness Event in Ontario. This weekend-long conference connects you with a network of others who have alopecia areata. It is an opportunity to exchange ideas and receive support and advice from others within the CANAAF Community.
