Coffee and Conversation of Southwestern Ontario

CANAAF’s Coffee & Conversation is a comfortable space for adults with alopecia living in Southwestern Ontario to come together and share experiences and information.

You can also join us online for our National Support Sessions which bring families together from across Canada.

The CANAAF Kids & Teens Club periodically offer community awareness and gathering events in the Toronto area. In 2019 we held events such as rock climbing, and nerf gun wars, and in 2020 virtual activities such as arts & crafts, online games, and special guests. This provides both parents and youth a time to have fun and socialize and spend meet with others experiencing similar situations.

COVID-19 Update: The Kids & Teens Club now meets virtually every month as part of our National Support Events which bring families together from across Canada.

Toronto Family Support Sessions

Participants: Adults, children, teenagers, parents/caregivers
Format: In-person at a public location in North York, ON
Language: English
Dates: April, November

The Toronto Family Support Sessions are held twice a year (Spring and Fall). All ages are welcome. We provide support and informative discussion for those affected by alopecia.

CANAAF offers:
• Children and Sibling Group-fully monitored (12 years and under)
• Teens Group (13-18 years)
• Parents of Children with alopecia
• Parents of Teens with alopecia
• Adults with alopecia
