1. Join the conversation

On January 26th only, Bell is donating 5 cents to Canadian mental health initiatives everytime you:

  • tweet or post a TikTok video with #BellLetsTalk
  • watch the Bell Let’s Talk official video on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube, or Pinterest
  • Text or call someone as a Bell customer
  • Use the Bell Let’s Talk photo frame on Facebook
  • Use the Bell Let’s Talk filter on Snapchat

2. Share our post about Anxiety in Children

If you’re on social media, take a moment to learn from and share our post about anxiety in youth. Mental health is not just for adults. Children are affected too. This topic deserves more attention, and sometimes it gets the backseat because we don’t know the facts, and how we can support a child going through it.
